Dr. Frank looks like Jello Biafra?

          Well, this isn't really an article, but it was taken from an interview with Jello Biafra. I thought it was rather amusing.

Now, Jello, do you ever get confused with Dr. Frank at all?
Umm-
Dr. Frank of the Mr. T. Experience-
Once or twice, yeah. I've never figured out why anybody thinks we look alike but once or twice I have been mistaken for Dr. Frank. I am a lot fatter.
