I'd been waiting to get to an MTX show for a while. Finally I found out they
were playing at CBGB's in New York. I called up a few of my friends, and they
were all like, "the Mr.T Experience?? Who are they?" I told them they were a
great punk band. My friends said they would rather go to the mall. My
friends suck. I decided to take my dad's car down. I was all alone so I was a little
bummed, but I went anyway. I got their just in time for the first opening act,
Dodge the Deathray. They were ok, but they said it was their last show. Then
some crappy band came on twenty minutes late and made really stupid jokes while
they restringed a guitar. They weren't funny and when they played they sucked.
Then Ann Berreta came on. They were really cool and I even bought their new CD.
Finally MTX came on, and I got my first look at Erik (the keyboard player).
MTX were amazing! They played all of their best songs and I had a great time!!
They played for over an hour and they were great.
